Please note the Non-UK address is not a pre-paid service and you will need to obtain a proof of postage from your local postal office in case of loss in post.

Once we have received your items back, we will either process a refund or an exchange - if it is an exchange you will receive an email. Refunds take 3-5 to be processed back to your original payment method.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS

Over the Christmas we understand that you need a little bit longer for recipients to return items for an exchange or a refund. Any items ordered before Christmas day can be returned up until January 31st - plenty of time for a size swap!

With your name, order ID and return details. We will then make sure your request is dealt with as quickly as possible.

Right To cancel:

On top of our easy returns policy, our EU customers have a legal right to cancel their order with us, you have up to 14 calender days after receiving your goods to cancel with us.
